  • 90-MINUTE consultation with Dr. Sachs
  • 60-MINUTE phone or video appointment with our Health Coach, Nancy Uston-John
  • Dr. Sachs’s unique and comprehensive health questionnaire (to be completed by you)
  • Copies of your previous lab results will be reviewed by Dr. Sachs (optional)
  • All of your info will be reviewed by Dr. Sachs prior to your appointment to maximize your time with the doctor.
  • Ongoing help including Email support and many resources and tools, all personalized to help you succeed!

Nancy’s time is included in your Initial Consultation with Dr. Sachs but her time may also be booked for appointments that are solely for Health Coaching ($95 for 60 minutes, $50 for 30 minutes or $25 for 15 minutes).
